1. Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimates are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

For dresses and clothing, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are:

  1. Unworn
  2. Unwashed
  3. In original condition with tags attached

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Return Process

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Items must be securely packaged.

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item..
