At D’Onyx Luxury, we aim to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.

1. Contact First

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number and details of the concern.

2. Resolution Process

We will:

  1. Review your concern
  2. Respond within 2–3 business days
  3. Propose a fair resolution (replacement, refund, store credit where applicable)

3. Escalation

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and may be referred to relevant consumer protection bodies.
